Karyn’s paintings, vibrant and sharp, beckons one to reflect upon print and broadcasting media’s preeminent and more often than not invasive position in our digitalized society.
They are the physical manifestations of the artist’s day-to-day observations and interpretations of media-propagated elements in the urban digitalized landscape. Design focused and carefully thought out, her works stem from the desire to emphasize the colours, lines and forms of any sourced image.
